Have you ever imagined being able to offer your customers the opportunity to tour a property before it’s even built? Or what if you could gain valuable insights into your customer profiles simply by mapping how they interact with an immersive space?

Well, that’s already a reality. And the key to this transformation is Alice Wonders’ 4D Immersive Room technology. To explain it better, we’re sharing a success story: the immersive room we built for MPD Engenharia, a real estate company that dared to innovate and achieved impressive results.

With our 4D Model Unit, they not only delivered incredible experiences but also found that 75% of their customers had a modern profile, compared to 25% with a more classic profile. This led to a powerful restructuring of their marketing and business strategies.

In this post, we’ll take you through this fascinating digital transformation journey. Get ready to discover how the future of the real estate market is already being shaped, and how you can be part of it too.

MPD - 4D Digital Model Unit - 4

In a nutshell, what are 4D Immersive Rooms?

Imagine being able to take your customers anywhere, or better yet, to any property you want to sell, even if it’s still on the drawing board.

That’s exactly what 4D Immersive Rooms make possible.

Unlike a 3D virtual tour, a 4D experience goes further, engaging more senses than just sight. It incorporates the dimension of time and sensory elements such as wind, temperature, and even scents to create incredibly realistic experiences.

When you step into a 4D Immersive Room, you’re not just looking at a space, you’re truly experiencing it.

Imagine making your customers feel the warmth of the sun streaming through the window of their dream apartment, or the smell of breakfast coming from the kitchen. With 4D Immersive Rooms, you have the power to create unforgettable and, more importantly, highly persuasive experiences for your customers.

About the real estate company MPD Engenharia

Let’s learn a little more about the real estate company that transformed the way it showcases its properties with 4D Immersive Rooms: MPD Engenharia.

MPD is a real estate developer and builder with a very clear mission: to identify and understand market opportunities and incorporate engineering solutions into developments that add value and satisfaction for its customers, partners, and employees.

Just like us here at Alice Wonders, MPD believes in turning adversity into opportunity. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and they strive to delight their customers every day by offering high-quality products and services.

The Transformation: A 4D Immersive Room for Real Estate Developer MPD Engenharia

With Alice Wonders’ proposal to transform the sales space into a showcase of sensory experiences, the developer decided to embark on this technological journey for one of its real estate launches.

Imagine walking into a space where you can actually feel and experience what life would be like in one of MPD’s developments. After answering a series of questions that mapped out their ideal colors, furniture, and apartment style, customers were taken on a 360º virtual tour – complete with scents and sounds that made the experience even more immersive, personalized, and unique.

With our high-tech equipment, we created an environment that not only showed prospective buyers what they could expect from their future homes but also immersed them in a unique experience, turning the act of viewing a property into something extraordinary.

Every detail, every texture, and every color comes to life in a way that simply isn’t possible with traditional property presentation methods. Check out the video we made for the launch:

Results of the Immersive Room for MPD

With the 4D Immersive Room, MPD Engenharia discovered that a large share of its customers – 75%, to be exact – had a modern profile. This contrasted with the smaller percentage, 25%, of customers with a more classic profile. You’re probably wondering what that means, right?

This valuable data gave MPD a clear picture of who its customers are and what they prefer. It allowed the company to restructure its marketing and business strategies to better align with its customers’ expectations.

Spaces That Bring People Closer: How Itaú Bank Turns Relationships into Experiences Comments Off on Spaces That Bring People Closer: How Itaú Bank Turns Relationships into Experiences 991

Banco Itaú Uniclass com fachada azul e ambiente de atendimento integrado à experiência digital

Imagine walking into a bank and, instead of running into queue tickets, documents being shuffled back and forth, and contracts thousands of pages long, being able to check what you need and discover new features with just a few clicks.

What sounds a bit futuristic has now come to life! We’re talking about Alice Wonders’ newest case, this time with Itaú bank, which trusted our team to deliver activations and projects that completely changed its customers’ experience.

Today, we’ll walk you through everything that went into this very special project and show, in practice, how immersion can transform any space and make an impact in any business sector.

Enjoy the read!

Itaú Bank and Alice Wonders: a partnership that brings together experience and technology

Alice Wonders’ goal with Itaú bank went far beyond simply making things easier for customers: it was to let consumers, through these experiences, see the future and plan their dreams without limits, envisioning what could become reality in their lives.

Edson Cantelli, from Alice Wonders’ Content team, and Angela Benassi, from the Projects team, talked a bit about what it was like to plan these experiences for the Itaú team in a case that’s already available on our social media. Click here to check it out!

To help you better understand each of the activations developed for this project, we’ve laid out the details below. Take a look:

Espaço Itaú Uniclass

Espaço Itaú Uniclass was an evolution of the bank’s traditional physical space into an experiential environment. The concept combines architecture, technology, and personalized service to bring customers closer to the brand and strengthen the relationship. The core idea is to show how Itaú’s physical presence can become a more interactive and relevant experience for customers.

We took a tour of the space’s overall concept and of the branch’s transformation into a tech-driven, personalized brand experience. Click here to watch an exclusive video about this activation.

Dream Capsule

The Dream Capsule, in turn, is an immersive experience that connects technology and emotion. The goal is to encourage customers to think about their desires and aspirations and, from there, turn those desires into concrete possibilities.

The interaction works like a journey: the choices participants make shape the paths they take, so the dream stops being just an abstract idea and starts gaining momentum and direction. Click here to watch the full video about the Dream Capsule.

Jornada Decolar

Jornada Decolar uses the world of travel as a metaphor to bring customers closer to their next goals. The experience is built on the idea that there’s a difference between imagining a destination and starting to make it happen. Through the interaction, customers are invited to move beyond intention and take the first steps toward a trip or a personal project.

Itaú appears as a brand that offers benefits and tools to help customers turn that desire into a concrete possibility. Click here to see how this idea came to life!

Itaú Shop

Last, but far from least, there’s the Itaú Shop experience, which kicks off with a scratch-card mechanic designed to spark curiosity and create an instant sense of surprise. The experience then connects to Itaú Shop, the shopping space available in the bank’s app.

The idea is to create a journey that connects brand + product + benefit + physical experience, helping customers see more value in the benefits the bank offers. Click here to see how it turned out!

Alice Wonders & Itaú bank: connecting technology, space, and experience

This intersection of experience, technology, and strategy is exactly where Alice Wonders operates. More than creating visually striking spaces, we develop experiences that bring brands and people closer together, turning physical environments into relevant, interactive, and memorable touchpoints.

For brands that want to go beyond digital and build connections in the physical world as well, Alice Wonders is a strategic partner for turning technology into experience and spaces into real relationship-building opportunities.

Magic Floor Case Study, Galeria Laguna & Alice Wonders: When Technology Meets Purpose Comments Off on Magic Floor Case Study, Galeria Laguna & Alice Wonders: When Technology Meets Purpose 273

Magic Floor desenvolvido pela Alice Wonders para o Grupo Laguna, permitindo que visitantes explorem um apartamento em escala real por meio de uma experiência imersiva e interativa.

Have you ever imagined walking into an empty space that will soon be complete? It may sound crazy, but it’s simply Magic Floor, an immersive technology that lets you show people a variety of environments without them ever having to leave the spot.

In many retail sectors, especially real estate, professionals face a genuine pain point: finding an alternative to the traditional model apartment that still gives customers the feeling of being inside the property.

Finding physical spaces that can accommodate the construction of a model unit while still allowing customers to move comfortably through it is often hard to come by, and hard to fit into the budget.

Now, have you ever imagined using just one room to present an entire model unit to your customer? Well, that’s exactly what Galeria Laguna did in partnership with Alice Wonders, and that’s what we’re going to show you in today’s post.

The challenges behind the project

Galeria Laguna is a real estate business group, best known for its high-end developments in Curitiba. The group’s purpose is to make cities more beautiful and better places to live, investing in signature architecture, innovation, sustainability, and quality of life.

For this project’s presentation, the group’s goal was not just to present the floor plan of the new apartment, but to get visitors to imagine their own lives in that space. Among the challenges that came up along the way were:

  • Moving away from a cold, technical presentation: the idea was to talk about the property while bringing the customer closer, allowing them to picture themselves living there;
  • Everything had to represent the real apartment exactly: every millimeter of the model unit’s measurements had to match the original floor plan;
  • The sustainable positioning had to be respected: it made no sense for a company that values sustainability to build yet another physical model unit that would generate more costs and more waste.

And, of course, overcoming these challenges wouldn’t be possible by sticking to the same old approach. That’s why, instead of building a physical apartment, a Magic Floor was created in the form of a life-size rendered floor plan, allowing visitors to walk through every room as if they were in the property.

Meet the Magic Floor developed for Galeria Laguna

Alice Wonders, in partnership with Galeria Laguna, developed a Magic Floor for this extra-special project. It’s an interactive floor that combines projectors, motion sensors, and software to turn the ground into a responsive digital surface.

When a person steps on or moves their feet over the projection, the system detects the movements in real time and makes the projected elements react to the interaction.

Click here to watch the full case video!

Far beyond financial results, the Magic Floor allowed the company to deliver an innovative and accessible experience to its potential customers. “Imagine the joy of a wheelchair user moving across a floor plan, knowing that this particular space was designed specifically for them.” said one of the Group’s representatives.

The AW team developed a Magic Floor that mapped the entire available space at a 1:1 scale, ensuring complete fidelity to the development’s dimensions, and delivered much more than an immersive experience: a moment of connection between customer and brand, and between customer and product.

“The customer needs to connect with the space.” and “To be memorable, we had to touch people emotionally.” These were some of the statements shared by the group’s team, and they only reinforce that selling takes much more than good strategies alone; it also takes the right partners to help build an immersive, emotional, and human space.

How to develop a Magic Floor project with Alice Wonders

Magic Floor is just one of the solutions offered by Alice Wonders that can transform the consumer experience in retail and support projects that bring together technology, data, and personalization. According to the brand’s own representatives, the project stands for:

  • Connection: because customers start to see themselves living in that space.
  • Performance: because the experience was designed to increase sales potential.
  • Disruption: because it replaces a traditional real estate model with an immersive, sustainable, and innovative solution.
